Learning Mentor – Acorn Exeter

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join our growing Exeter Centre, who will bring a blend of relational and learning support skills, along with the values of a living and active Christian faith, to help us deliver excellent alternative education. 

• This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week).  
• The successful candidate will work during school term times and will benefit from 13 weeks paid holiday and flexible working arrangements on Wednesdays. 
• Salary: £25,045 – £27,045
• Permanent contract 
• Starting 4^th January 2026, or earlier if possible
• Closing date – Friday 23^rd October 2026. 

This role would suit an existing youth worker or someone working in education in a teaching, learning support, or behaviour support role.
