Learning Mentor – Acorn Exeter
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to expand our team at Acorn Exeter, who will bring a blend of relational and learning support skills, along with the values of a living and active Christian faith, to help us deliver excellent alternative education.
- This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
- The successful candidate will work during school term times and will benefit from 13 weeks paid holiday and flexible working arrangements on Wednesdays.
- Salary: £25,045 – £27,045
- Permanent contract
- Start date: As soon as possible from 1st September 2026 onwards

This role would suit an existing youth worker or someone working in education in a teaching, learning support, or behaviour support role.
